Breaking the Silence Through Community Leadership Training

Between 28 April and 2 May 2026, TGNP brought together a diverse group of community members, leaders and advocates for an intensive community leadership training program focused on the prevention of gender-based violence and advance gender equality. Participants from Mabogini (Moshi DC), Mgagao (Mwanga), and Kalenga (Iringa) reinforced the importance of community-driven action in creating safer and more equitable communities.

WLER PROJECT IGNITES WOMEN’S LEADERSHIP IN TANZANIA

The WLER project, led by TGNP with support from UN Women and Finland, is expanding women’s leadership and economic rights across four regions in Tanzania.
