The first day of the GF will feature the plenary presentation and discussion will focus on the main theme of the GF. The session will also provide the conceptual framework of the theme. This session will be carried out through welcoming remarks, guest of honor’s opening speech and the keynote speech presentations. The GF will feature two major plenary sessions, one during the first day and the other one during the last day of the festival. Mini plenary sessions will be held during the second and the third days of the festival.
