Our work focuses on empowering women farmers, enhancing agricultural productivity, promoting sustainable practices, and ensuring equitable access to resources and opportunities.
TGNP participates in projects that support women in agriculture and focus on advancing four important aspects of gender-equality.
- Equal participation of women, people with disabilities, and other vulnerable groups in decision making, including agricultural related committees at the village level, the district, and regional level.
- Timely provision of inputs and the equal distribution of inputs (tools, seeds, fertilizer, knowledge, skills).
- Increasing the access to markets for agriculture products.
